Purchasing Administrator - Jobs in Andover at Stannah Homelifts

Join our team at Stannah Homelifts as a Purchasing Administrator based in Andover. This role involves overseeing procurement operations, managing purchase orders, demand planning, and inventory control to ensure the timely availability of materials.

Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 08:00 to 16:45; Friday, 08:00 to 13:00. This is a permanent position.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals with strong procurement, vendor management, and inventory control experience seeking to develop their careers in a dynamic and growing company.

Responsibilities:
  • Raise accurate purchase orders and track them through delivery and payment.
  • Manage invoice disputes collaboratively with Finance and vendors.
  • Maintain the approved supplier register and evaluate supplier performance.
  • Monitor demand signals and adjust purchase plans accordingly.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects to enhance supply chain efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Experience in procurement, demand planning, or similar roles.
  • Knowledge of vendor management and inventory control.
  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems, MS Excel, or BI tools.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
