Qualifications

• Experience in Purchase Ledger, Accounts Payable or similar finance role.
• Detail-oriented with ability to handle a high volume of transactions accurately.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage supplier relationships.
• Proficient in Excel and financial data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Processing supplier invoices and payments accurately and on time.
• Maintaining purchase ledger controls, matching PO to invoices, verifying approvals.
• Assisting month-end activities with reconciliations and reporting.
• Communicating with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve queries.
• Supporting audit preparation and maintaining finance records.
