Job summary

Roundhay School is seeking an inspirational Restart Key Worker to support pupils who require time away from mainstream lessons due to behaviour concerns or attendance difficulties. You will provide calm, relational support and help pupils stay engaged with learning while preparing for reintegration into main classes, with guidance from pastoral and teaching staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent, calm, relational support to pupils needing time away from mainstream lessons due to behaviour concerns or attendance difficulties.
• Work with Restart/Reach College teams, pastoral, teaching and attendance staff to help pupils engage and reintegrate into mainstream education.
• Support pupils to develop routines, build confidence and increase engagement with school.
