A leading educational institution in Frome is seeking a Pupil Progress Mentor to provide essential support to students. The role involves delivering individual and group sessions to help young people overcome barriers to education. You will track progress, adapt resources, and work closely with families and schools. Fixed Term Contract until Aug 2026Hours: 20 hours per week, term time plus 5 inset days
Salary: Grade 5, Scale Point 11 - 17, actual salary £13,069 - £14,407 (FTE £28,142 - £31,022)

Park Road Alternative Provision, part of the Midsomer Norton Schools Partnership based in Frome, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pupil Progress Mentor to join our team. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of young people who require additional support to re‑engage with education.
As a Pupil Progress Mentor, you will provide essential support to students on an individual or group basis, working under the guidance of the AP Base Lead and Base Teacher. You will play a key role in supporting their academic, social, and emotional development, both within the base and in the wider community.
