Job summary

A&F Sprinklers Ltd in Rochdale invites applications for a Pump Repairs Coordinator in the Repairs Department. You will coordinate day-to-day administration, quotations, RAMS, and supplier communications to ensure pump repair and remedial works are delivered efficiently and professionally.

We seek an organized, customer-focused individual with strong IT skills who can manage a varied workload both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisation and the ability to prioritise a varied workload.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication, with a strong customer-service approach.
• Good IT skills and confidence using business systems and databases.

Responsibilities

• Review planned maintenance and remedial reports and identify follow-up requirements.
• Prepare estimates and quotations from reports and customer enquiries.
• Prepare and issue RAMS, job packs and other documentation for secured works.
• Source and procure materials and coordinate deliveries for planned works.
• Issue completed paperwork and certificates to customers and end users.
• Manage telephone and email enquiries, filing and accurate records administration.
• Liaise with engineers, customers, suppliers and colleagues to progress works.
• Attend site visits and adhere to health and safety procedures.
• Support business projects and the wider team as required.
