Job summary

Fluid Water Group is seeking a proactive Pump Sales Support professional to join our Pump Sales team. You will provide essential sales and administrative support, handling enquiries, preparing quotations and obtaining supplier pricing while maintaining strong customer relationships.

In this role you will manage the sales inbox, log new enquiries in our CRM, prepare quotations for approval and provide holiday cover as needed.

Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication with internal and external contacts.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Proficient IT skills including CRM usage.
Commercial awareness and understanding of sales processes.
Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive attitude.
Friendly, approachable and able to build positive relationships.
Team player with a proactive can-do attitude.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

Manage the main sales inbox and inboxes for individual Sales Team members.
Log new enquiries accurately in the CRM system.
Prepare quotations for approval.
Obtain and chase supplier pricing and quotations.
Prepare reports for the Sales Team and Internal Sales Manager.
Provide holiday cover and support the wider team as required.
Help maintain timely communication and ensure enquiries are progressed efficiently.
