Quantexa is seeking a senior solution-focused professional to become a functional expert on our platform, with a strong emphasis on Public Sector practices and customer challenges. You will lead discovery sessions, collaborate across customers and internal teams, and guide enterprise deployment decisions to ensure ongoing value realization.

Responsibilities

• Be a functional expert in Quantexa’s platform and products, developing a strong understanding of their capabilities.
• Develop understanding of Public Sector practices and regulatory environments and how Quantexa addresses gaps and risks.
• Facilitate discovery sessions with customers and partners to uncover business challenges and requirements.
• Collaborate with customers, partners and internal teams to design and iterate tailored solutions.
• Guide customers and internal teams toward the right enterprise deployment decisions.
• Own key executive relationships and govern customer lifecycle activities.
• Align with Product, Delivery and Partners to ensure value realisation through projects.
• Support platform adoption and operationalisation within customer organisations.
