Emsans Ltd seeks a Programme Manager to lead bid delivery, transition into delivery and quality assurance for public sector opportunities. You will own delivery engagement with customers and support pre-bid workshops, ensuring robust solution design and smooth handovers into delivery teams.

The role requires proven programme management experience, PRINCE2 governance, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across bid, transition and delivery workstreams. Hybrid UK-based role.

Qualifications

• Prince2 certification and governance experience.
• Proficient in MS Project.
• Proven experience in a Programme Manager role.
• Experience transitioning services between providers.
• Strong understanding of Service Operations/Project Management and vendor management.

Responsabilités

• Lead on bid responses for Delivery, Transition and Exit requirements.
• Define and validate resource requirements during bid development.
• Produce bid-stage risk assessments with mitigation actions.
• Oversee handover from Sales into Delivery teams.
• Provide project assurance throughout the delivery lifecycle and align with bid approach.
