Job summary

Netcompany is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the delivery of complex UK public sector programmes. You will combine delivery capability with strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management to build trusted client relationships and identify opportunities to grow the account.

The role requires ability to deliver across multiple workstreams, manage governance, and oversee programme finances. Excellent communication is essential for engaging at executive levels.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering large, complex programmes in the UK public sector.
• Strong stakeholder management and account management experience.
• Commercial acumen with experience in programme finances and negotiations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Active UK Security Clearance (SC) or DV, or eligible to obtain clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of complex, multi-workstream programmes within the UK public sector.
• Establish and maintain programme governance, reporting, risk management, and dependency management.
• Build trusted client relationships and act as the primary contact for programme delivery.
• Manage customer expectations and ensure high client satisfaction throughout the programme lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal delivery teams, partners and customer organisations to drive outcomes.
• Identify commercial opportunities within existing accounts to support growth and longer-term engagement.
