Job summary

Boldyn Networks UK Limited is seeking a Programme Manager to provide strategic leadership and governance across the delivery portfolio, ensuring telecoms and digital infrastructure programmes are delivered with precision and discipline.

The role drives end-to-end performance across multiple projects, supporting bids and pre-sales with delivery plans, while managing high-risk environments and ensuring alignment with technical and commercial objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in programme management within telecoms sector.
• Proven experience in programme/portfolio management within telecoms, wireless, or large-scale infrastructure delivery.
• Strong governance and risk management background, including RAID, RACI and quality frameworks.
• Able to operate credibly at senior, strategic level while remaining hands-on when required.
• Demonstrated success leading multi-disciplinary delivery teams across concurrent, complex projects.
• Expertise in commercial control, budget governance and benefits realisation.
• Advanced stakeholder management and executive reporting experience.
• Solid understanding of CDM 2015, H&S compliance and audit frameworks.
• Professional programme management certification (MSP, PgMP, or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Provide programme-level leadership, oversight and assurance across assigned delivery portfolios, ensuring alignment with governance frameworks.
• Translate strategic objectives into measurable delivery milestones and structured control across the lifecycle.
• Lead governance forums and programme reviews with transparent reporting on progress, risk and interdependencies.
• Maintain RAID, change control and reporting processes across portfolios.
• Partner with the Programme Lead to improve Boldyn’s programme and project delivery frameworks.
• Own programme-level RAID registers and risk mitigation paths.
• Oversee quality assurance, compliance and audit actions across portfolios.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Finance on budgets, forecasting and cost control.
• Support contract negotiations and supplier performance management.
• Design and implement robust programme governance frameworks and escalation pathways.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and senior reporting to executives and customers.
• Mentor Senior Delivery Managers and promote collaboration and accountability across delivery teams.
• Drive lessons learned and support rollout of new systems and tools to enhance performance.
• Represent Boldyn at governance boards, customer meetings and executive reviews.
