The frameworks growth director role drives sustainable growth by strategically developing and converting opportunities through public sector frameworks, leveraging Mace's consultancy capabilities across programme management, cost and commercial management, PMO, advisory, sustainability and digital services.

Qualifications

• Proven senior level experience in public sector business development.
• Track record in building pipelines and converting opportunities into secured work.
• Strong understanding of UK public sector frameworks and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Directing the growth strategy for Mace's public sector framework portfolio.
• Maximising framework positions by identifying and converting opportunities aligned with growth strategies.
• Building senior relationships with public sector clients and partners.
• Promoting Mace's consultancy services across multiple capabilities.
• Developing robust framework-specific pipelines and maintaining CRM data.
