Job summary

Purcell is seeking a Framework Manager to join our London studio. This role involves managing our portfolio of public sector frameworks and acting as the key contact across these frameworks, aiming to maximize pipeline opportunities and elevate Purcell's visibility.

In collaboration with Sector Leads, you will provide strategic and operational support to ensure effective promotion and utilization of frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of public sector procurement and a background in architecture.

Qualifications

• Experience with public sector procurement processes and framework agreements.
• Excellent understanding of the UK Procurement Act.
• Thorough understanding of social value principles.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for existing public procurement frameworks.
• Understand pipeline and position Purcell for potential opportunities.
• Represent Purcell at framework meetings and networking events.
