The role drives integration, assurance and governance, bringing together scope, programme, cost, risk and dependencies to support informed decision-making, proactively address emerging issues and maintain

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in a relevant discipline (e.g. Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Commercial, Master Planning or similar).
• Professional project management qualification and/or membership (e.g. APM, PRINCE2 or equivalent).
• Proven experience on large, complex capital programmes or major infrastructure schemes.
• Strong understanding of programme governance, assurance and reporting in regulated public-sector environments.
• Experience supporting development and assurance of Green Book-compliant business cases.

Responsibilities

• Managing scheme-level stakeholder engagement, governance and assurance.
• Driving collaborative relationships across Trusts, partners and alliances.
• Coordinating multidisciplinary teams and scheme integration.
• Managing risks, issues, dependencies and change control processes.
• Providing evidence-based insights for governance decisions.
• Championing design and industrialisation principles.
• Coordinating operational readiness, assurance and continuous improvement.
• Supporting delivery of strategic outcomes and patient benefits.
