Job summary

Mace is seeking a Frameworks Growth Director in the Greater London area to drive sustainable growth through public sector frameworks. You will shape growth strategies, engage senior public sector clients, and maximise framework opportunities across Mace’s consultancy services including programme and project management, cost and commercial management, PMO, advisory, sustainability and digital capabilities.

• Senior-level experience in public sector business development, account management or work winning.
• Track record of building qualified pipelines and converting complex opportunities into secured work.
• Strong understanding of UK public sector frameworks, call-off mechanisms and procurement compliance.

Responsibilities

• Direct the growth strategy for Mace's public sector framework portfolio.
• Maximise framework positions by identifying, qualifying and converting opportunities.
• Build senior relationships with public sector clients, framework providers and partners.
• Promote Mace's consultancy services across programme/project management, cost and commercial management, PMO, advisory, sustainability and digital capabilities.
• Use framework data, market intelligence and client insight to understand spend, trends and demand.
• Develop robust frameworks pipelines and maintain accurate CRM data, forecasting and reporting.
• Coordinate with the Managed Frameworks Team on framework requirements and call-offs.
• Prioritise early positioning for awards and lead responses to mini-competitions.
• Shape client-focused propositions showing value and outcomes.
• Support bid/no-bid decisions and align delivery teams around priority pursuits.
• Identify opportunities to diversify services and grow strategic accounts.
