Job summary

Phoenix Software in the UK is seeking a Framework Manager to maximise the value of its public sector framework agreements, ensuring compliance and simplifying procurement routes. You will lead governance, documentation, and reporting, with strong emphasis on Power BI analytics.

You will support bid and commercial teams, act as a subject matter expert, and drive continuous improvement across framework management. Based at our Pocklington HQ with regular office presence.

Qualifications

• Experience managing public sector frameworks, procurement agreements, bids, contracts, or compliance activities.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Power BI to build dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage Phoenix's framework agreements, ensuring compliance and governance.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for framework performance and opportunities.
• Provide support to bid, sales, and commercial teams with framework guidance and compliance requirements.
• Act as SME for active frameworks and provide training and ongoing support.
• Coordinate framework reviews, supplier relationships and engagement with authorities.
