Phoenix Software is seeking a Framework Coordinator to support administration, maintenance, and management of public sector framework agreements in the UK. You’ll help keep information accurate, compliant, and up to date, coordinating with Bid, Sales, Commercial, Legal, and Operational teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, coordinator, bids, procurement, or commercial support roles.
• Familiar with public sector procurement processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of framework agreements, including key dates, documentation, reporting requirements, and renewal activity.
• Monitor active frameworks for opportunities, mini-competitions, call-offs, and upcoming procurements.
• Ensure framework submissions, documentation, and compliance requirements are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain framework libraries, templates, case studies, CVs, policies, accreditations, and supporting evidence.
• Track framework activity, submissions, wins/losses, and pipeline information across relevant systems.
• Support Bid, Sales, Commercial, Legal, and Operational teams by gathering information and coordinating framework-related activities.
• Keep framework and opportunity information up to date within CRM and business systems.
• Support framework reporting, audits, and compliance activities.
• Assist with the onboarding of new frameworks and the renewal of existing agreements.
• Help ensure Phoenix remains compliant with framework requirements and public sector procurement obligations.
• Identify opportunities to improve framework administration processes and maintain best practice documentation.
