Job summary

ROI Automotive Ltd in Milton Keynes is hiring a Public Sector Support Executive to join the Nissan team. You will coordinate Nissan’s public sector fleet activity, manage tenders and support vehicle orders through delivery.

You will work with customers, procurement bodies and internal teams to ensure procurement requirements, standards and contractual commitments are met, with a strong focus on accuracy and timely submissions.

Qualifications

• Sound understanding of public sector operations and procurement.
• Experience supporting public sector procurement, tenders or contracts.
• Strong administration and coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Confident written and verbal communication with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel to produce reports.
• Automotive fleet, vehicle ordering or supply chain experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor procurement portals, assess opportunities and submit timely tender responses.
• Maintain framework compliance, coordinate pricing updates and reporting.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and orders with accurate records.
• Coordinate vehicle orders, stock allocation and delivery schedules.
• Produce tender performance and delivery reports, flag risks and opportunities.
• Keep documentation aligned with procurement requirements and audits.
