Job summary

Surrey Police Service is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join the Estates & Facilities team at Surrey Police Headquarters. You will deliver a multi-disciplined FM service, focusing on the soft FM function and site support across multiple buildings.

A valid driving licence and ability to pass a police driving assessment are essential. You will help manage health & safety compliance, assist with minor maintenance, contractor oversight, and contribute to major projects and office relocations,

Qualifications

• Full driving licence with ability to pass Police driving assessment.
• Basic knowledge of workplace health & safety and buildings legislation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a professional, efficient FM service, supporting policing delivery.
• Balance scheduled workload and adapt to changing priorities.
• Support site refurbishments, redevelopment and decommissioning projects and office moves.
