Job summary

Surrey Police seeks a Facilities Coordinator to join the Estates & Facilities Management team at Mount Browne, Reigate. The role supports frontline policing by delivering a professional FM service across multiple sites, with a focus on soft FM functions, contractor oversight and safety compliance.

You will balance a busy workload, attend site visits, and coordinate minor works while developing FM knowledge in a police environment. The post offers stable permanent employment with a 36-hour week.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence and ability to pass a Police driving assessment.
• Experience handling minor repairs or improvements in a similar FM environment.
• Strong planning, organising and time-management skills.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety legislation relevant to buildings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a professional, efficient multi-disciplined FM service.
• Support site moves, refurbishments and decommissioning activities.
• Manage contractors and monitor service levels and KPIs.
• Provide admin support and assist with site safety audits and documentation.
