Job summary

Surrey Police Service is seeking a Facilities Coordinator at Surrey Police Headquarters, Mount Browne, to deliver a professional FM service across multiple sites and support ongoing projects. The role requires driving capability, a proactive mindset, and experience in FM or similar environments.

The successful candidate will balance a busy workload, manage contractors, and work within a policing context to maintain safe, compliant buildings and value for money.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence with the ability to pass a Police driving assessment.
• Experience of undertaking minor repairs, improvements or working in a similar environment.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a professional, efficient and effective multi-disciplined FM service.
• Support site refurbishments, redevelopment and decommissioning activities.
• Manage contractor relationships and monitor outsourced contracts against SLAs and KPIs.
• Coordinate local office moves and relocations across multiple sites.
• Ensure safety compliance and pass Health & Safety audits.
