Job summary

1st Executive is seeking an Interim Commercial Manager to support a public sector programme in Salisbury, focusing on NEC contracts and commercial delivery.

You will liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to drive time, cost and quality, applying NEC3/4 contracting knowledge within ECC and PSC frameworks. This 12-month assignment requires UK nationality and active SC clearance, with Inside IR35 terms.

Qualifications

• Recent NEC3/NEC4 contracting experience (last 3–4 years).
• Experience with ECC and PSC contracts.
• Familiar with Public Contracts Regulations and Defence/Public Contracts Regulations.
• Commercial experience across infrastructure works and facilities management.
• Strong supplier management and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial and contractual support across construction, estates and facilities requirements.
• Translate business priorities into effective delivery.
• Apply NEC contracting expertise to ECC and PSC projects.
