Job summary

CCL Global seeks an experienced Commercial Manager to support a major UK Government organisation across infrastructure, estates and facilities programmes. The role requires NEC3/NEC4 contract experience, robust procurement skills and active SC clearance.

Based in Salisbury with hybrid working, the contract is 12 months (renewable) Inside IR35. You will manage commercial activities, supplier relations and governance across time, cost and quality targets.

Qualifications

• Active SC clearance is essential.
• Strong commercial experience within infrastructure, estates or facilities management.
• Experience with NEC contracts (ECC/PSC) is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial and contractual support across infrastructure, estates and facilities programmes.
• Manage commercial activities throughout procurement and contract lifecycles.
• Support development, negotiation and management of NEC contracts.
• Manage NEC ECC and PSC contracts.
• Ensure compliance with public procurement regulations and governance.
