Job summary

Comxps Ltd. is seeking a procurement/ contract management professional for a Government Client project in Salisbury.

The role focuses on NEC contracting (ECC/PSC) under Public Contract Regulations, overseeing infrastructure and facilities management, and coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver on time, cost and quality. Qualifications

• Experience with Public Contract Regulations, Defence and Security Public Contract Regulations.
• Commercial environment involving infrastructure works and soft and hard facilities management.
• Experience of NEC contracting, specifically ECC and PSC, including awareness of NEC 3 or 4 contracting; NEC 4 preferred.
• Managing communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate priorities and business plans to internal and external stakeholders whilst ensuring programmes deliver to time, cost and quality.
• Public sector experience is preferred.
• Background in Construction, Estates, Facilities.
