Job summary

Salisbury-based Commercial Manager role for a 12-month contract (Inside IR35) supporting infrastructure, estates and facilities management. You will apply NEC contracting expertise to ECC/PSC contracts while coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to achieve agreed time, cost and quality targets.

Candidates should bring recent NEC3/NEC4 experience, a background in construction/estates or facilities, and knowledge of Public Contracts Regulations.

Qualifications

• NEC3/NEC4 contracting experience gained in the last 3–4 years.
• Experience with ECC and PSC contracts is essential.
• Knowledge of Public Contracts Regulations and related defence/public procurement rules is desirable.
• Strong supplier and stakeholder management skills with clear priority communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial and contractual support across construction, estates and facilities requirements.
• Translate business priorities into effective delivery and risk management.
• Apply NEC contracting expertise to ECC/PSC across projects and programmes.
• Support procurement activities within public procurement rules.
• Manage supplier and stakeholder communications to ensure alignment with time, cost and quality objectives.
