Job summary

NRL in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the commercial delivery of NEC4 PSC contracts on a major project in the nuclear and defence sector. Hybrid working with on-site commitment of at least three days per week.

You will drive compensation events, Defined Cost mechanisms, and governance while engaging senior stakeholders to resolve contractual issues and monitor financial performance.

Qualifications

• Extensive NEC4 PSC contract experience.
• Proven track record handling compensation events, early warnings and Defined Cost on live projects.
• Strong commercial leadership in engineering, infrastructure, nuclear or defence sectors.
• Eligibility for UK Security Check (SC) clearance - British National status required.
• Ability to work on-site in Glasgow a minimum of three days per week (up to five when needed).
• Experience in highly regulated environments.
• Advanced knowledge of cost management tools or systems relating to NEC4 contracts.
• Long-term contract on a nationally significant programme.
