Job summary

Pertemps Recruitment Partnership is seeking a Client Services Partner to support the Public Sector Contracts team in Birmingham, delivering excellent service from onboarding through offboarding. The role is office-based, full-time, and temporary, with a salary up to £29,000 pro-rata.

The successful candidate will coordinate recruitment processes, manage client and candidate communications, and help maintain records across systems while delivering a proactive, solutions-focused service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Client Services, Recruitment Coordination or Account Support.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, candidates, and colleagues, delivering a responsive and professional service.
• Managing shared inboxes and coordinating communications across multiple public sector contracts.
• Supporting the onboarding of new workers, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Coordinating starters, leavers, and workforce changes efficiently and accurately.
• Maintaining and updating records across internal systems and client portals.
• Building strong relationships with clients to ensure service excellence and contract compliance.
• Supporting other Recruitment Consultants with candidate management, contract administration, and resourcing activities.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
