Job summary

Pertemps Recruitment Partnership is hiring a Client Services Partner to support our Public Sector Contracts team. This office-based role is located at Hams Hall, Birmingham, and focuses on delivering an exceptional experience to clients and candidates across public sector contracts.

You will coordinate recruitment processes from onboarding through offboarding, manage shared inboxes, maintain records, and build strong client relationships while ensuring contract compliance.

Qualifications

• GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths (Grade C+ desirable).
• Experience in Client Services, Recruitment Coordination or Account Support is expected.
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, candidates, and colleagues, delivering a responsive and professional service.
• Managing shared inboxes and coordinating communications across multiple public sector contracts.
• Supporting the onboarding of new workers, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Coordinating starters, leavers, and workforce changes efficiently and accurately.
• Maintaining and updating records across internal systems and client portals.
• Building strong relationships with clients to ensure service excellence and contract compliance.
• Supporting other Recruitment Consultants with candidate management, contract administration, and resourcing activities.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
