Job summary

Pertemps is recruiting Contract Consultants to support a large-scale recruitment campaign during their peak period. This temporary role offers full training and a chance to gain experience in recruitment and customer service.

You'll act as the first line of contact for candidates, assist with attraction, onboarding, compliance, and maintain accurate records. Start ASAP in Chapeltown, Sheffield, with a 40-hour work week.

Responsibilities

• Supporting candidate attraction, recruitment, onboarding and compliance activities
• Acting as the first point of contact for candidate enquiries
• Assisting with end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure an excellent candidate experience
• Using a range of sourcing techniques to attract and engage suitable candidates.
• Maintaining effective communication between candidates and internal stakeholders
• Ensuring candidate records and recruitment systems are updated accurately and efficiently.
• Supporting the team in meeting recruitment targets and contractual requirements

Contract Type: Temporary (up to 4 months)

Salary: £26,665 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm (some evening and weekend work will be required)

No previous recruitment experience is required. Full training and ongoing support will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity to gain valuable skills and experience within recruitment and customer service.
