Job summary

Pertemps is recruiting a Contract Consultant to support a large-scale recruitment campaign in Chapeltown, Sheffield. The role is a temporary contract (up to 4 months) with a 40-hour week and start ASAP.

No recruitment experience is required as full training and ongoing support are provided to help you gain valuable skills in recruitment and customer service. You’ll work closely with the contract team, handle candidate enquiries, and assist with end-to-end processes to ensure a smooth candidate

Responsibilities

• Support candidate attraction, recruitment, onboarding and compliance activities.
• Act as the first point of contact for candidate enquiries.
• Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure a candidate experience.
• Use sourcing techniques to attract and engage suitable candidates.
• Maintain effective communication between candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure candidate records and recruitment systems are updated accurately.
• Support the team in meeting recruitment targets and contractual requirements.

Salary: £26,665 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm (some evening and weekend work will be required)

What you'll be doing

As a Contract Consultant, you'll play a key role in supporting candidates throughout their recruitment & onboarding journey while working closely with the wider contract team.
