Stratford-on-Avon District Council is seeking a Registered Building Inspector (Class 2A) to deliver statutory Building Control functions across the district. You will appraise plans, inspect building work and ensure compliance with Building Act and Building Regulations for Class 2A properties, managing a varied portfolio across rural and town settings.
