Job summary

The Dextrous Web Ltd is seeking a Business Analyst to join its Product & Performance team. You will work in multidisciplinary groups to shape public digital services, gather requirements, and translate them into measurable delivery outcomes.

You will combine analytical thinking with strong stakeholder engagement, working with researchers, designers, developers and delivery leads to define requirements and support evidence-based decision-making for services that meet user needs and organisational

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst or similar in digital products/services.
• Able to gather and clarify requirements in complex environments.
• Skilled at mapping processes and identifying improvements.
• Experience using data and evidence to support decisions.
• Able to define and measure service performance.
• Comfort with qualitative and quantitative information.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in Agile or iterative delivery.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse and document business requirements.
• Translate needs into clear requirements and user stories.
• Support prioritisation and risk identification early.
• Map and analyse current processes for improvement.
