Version 1 is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a major public sector digital transformation programme. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate user, business and policy requirements into actionable outcomes, ensuring alignment with GOV.UK standards and delivering citizen-facing and internal government services.

The role requires experience across Discovery, Alpha, Beta and Live phases, strong stakeholder engagement, and a track record of delivering complex digital

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in UK Government or public sector digital transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of GOV.UK Service Standard, GDS Delivery Framework, and service assessment process.
• Experience across Discovery, Alpha, Beta and Live delivery phases.
• Experience navigating complex stakeholder landscapes including policy, operational, technical and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse and document requirements in complex environments.
• Translate user, business and policy needs into clear requirements and recommendations.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps and service blueprints.
• Facilitate workshops and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders.
• Support delivery across GOV.UK service phases from Discovery to Live.
