Job summary

Made Tech Limited is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead analysis and design of products and services that deliver real value for users and client organisations in the UK public sector. You’ll drive discovery through to implementation with autonomy and strong stakeholder engagement.

You’ll translate business problems into clear requirements, model processes and data, and champion proportionate, evidence-based solutions across Agile or predictive delivery.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience as a Business Analyst, leading discovery through implementation.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and tests.
• Experience working with public sector clients and policy context.

Responsibilities

• Investigate business problems, operational needs and opportunities, and recommend improvements to business processes, services and technology
• Lead elicitation and analysis of business and user needs, defining clear, prioritised and testable requirements that trace through to delivered functionality
• Model business processes, systems and data to build a shared understanding of current and future states, and work with stakeholders to validate that those models reflect reality
• Facilitate collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholder groups to agree success measures and acceptance criteria
• Define testing and validation approaches, including business scenarios and acceptance criteria, to give confidence that solutions meet business and user needs
