Job summary

Version 1 is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Public Sector/GDS-focused delivery team on an Inside IR35 contract. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to define and deliver digital services that meet user needs and align to GOV.UK standards.

You’ll contribute across Discovery, Alpha, Beta and Live phases, translating policy, operational and technical requirements into actionable outcomes and working closely with Product Managers, User Researchers and Engineers

Qualifications

• Extensive BA experience on UK Government or public sector digital transformation programmes.
• Strong knowledge of GOV.UK Service Standard and GDS Delivery Framework.
• Experience across Discovery, Alpha, Beta and Live delivery phases.
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes including policy, operational, technical and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate user, business and policy requirements into actionable outcomes.
• Define and deliver digital services meeting user needs.
• Work across Discovery to Live phases with cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate workshops and drive consensus among stakeholders.
