Job summary

Consult is hiring a Business Analyst Consultant for a large-scale public sector digital transformation programme. You will spend time with frontline teams, translating observations into clear requirements and user stories while helping manage priorities and risks in agile sprints.

Hybrid work with on-site visits (about 40%) to frontline sites across Leeds, Manchester or Birmingham; BPSS clearance is required and the role is inside IR35 at up to £300/day.

Qualifications

• Experience on complex, large-scale digital transformation programmes (essential).
• Strong core BA skills: requirements, process mapping (As-Is / To-Be) and stakeholder engagement.
• Delivery management experience, or a BA who naturally takes ownership of delivery.
• Solid agile experience: backlogs, ceremonies and iterative delivery.
• Confidence in front of both senior stakeholders and frontline teams.

• Help the delivery side by managing priorities, risks and dependencies, and keeping the team moving
