Job summary

Searchability in the UK is seeking a Business Analyst to support a major public sector digital modernisation programme. You will gather customer needs and translate them into clear requirements to drive IT solution design.

Key skills include requirements gathering, systems analysis and data modelling, with stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical audiences. Hybrid working (2 days onsite in Telford or Worthing) and BPSS clearance are required or desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering and systems analysis.
• Experience supporting multi-project environments and government programmes.
• Familiarity with RUP and data analysis techniques.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business and customer requirements for IT systems.
• Apply systems analysis techniques to inform proposals and design.
• Support requirements across large-scale or multi-project environments.
• Use data capture and modelling to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Communicate requirements clearly to stakeholders with varying technical knowledge.
• Work with technical teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Maintain client relationships through effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
