Job summary

Netcompany Group A/S is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join its delivery teams in the UK, focusing on agile projects for public sector clients. With 3+ years in BA or similar roles, you will translate complex needs into clear requirements and user stories.

You will work closely with Product Owners, Designers and Architects, refining backlogs, producing process flows and journey maps, and ensuring timely, quality deliverables within a hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of working in a similar role.
• Experience in Agile Delivery teams adopting agile tools.
• Experience as a BA investigating, assimilating, and analyzing different needs, constraints, and problems. Able to document the outcomes in simple, easy to understand language.
• Experience in Public Sector or Central Government.
• Demonstrable experience in showcasing analytical skills including stakeholder management, building relationships, and collaborating as a team.
• Experience with Product Owners in grooming product backlog and producing meaningful Epics/Stories that can be consumed by the technical teams.
• Experience in process modelling and customer journey mapping and assisting user testing. Experience with Confluence, Jira, Visio, Mural, Miro.
• Understanding of Service Maps and targeting operating models to align your outputs with them.
• Candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
• Knowledge of GDS or DSSS frameworks is desirable

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the delivery team to understand client needs and requirements and participate in designing appropriate solutions.
• Refine scope and requirements, align priorities and backlogs and produce artefacts including Process Flows and Customer journey maps, User Stories and defining Functional/non-functional needs.
• Adopt a User Centric approach, test options with wider user groups and participate in Show & Tell sessions for stakeholders.
• Assist the team in preparing for assurance and quality gates, focusing on delivering quality on time and on budget.
