Qualifications

• Proven track record in evaluation across the full project lifecycle: scoping, theory development, design, data collection, analysis, synthesis, reporting and dissemination.
• Experience evaluating complex public health projects in real-world settings, balancing methodological rigor with policy realities.
• Strong mixed-methods expertise with extensive qualitative and quantitative evaluation experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and shape a robust programme of evaluation for complex public health interventions and programmes.
• Lead evaluation design, data collection, analysis, synthesis, reporting and dissemination across projects.
• Adapt evaluation approaches to changing stakeholder priorities, delivery contexts and data constraints.
