Job summary

PPHE Hotel Group in London is seeking a Public Area Team Leader Night for Hoxton, a vibrant hotel with 357 rooms and two restaurants. You will oversee the night shift, ensure high cleanliness standards in guest rooms and public areas, and mentor room attendants to enhance service quality.

The role focuses on guest satisfaction, team leadership, and maintaining a courteous, professional attitude while upholding company values of trust, respect, teamwork, enthusiasm, and care.

Responsibilities

• Ensure an efficient operation on the shift and take responsibility for team briefings.
• Focus on checking guest bedrooms and public areas to ensure that high standards of cleanliness are maintained.
• Supervise, mentor and develop the Room Attendants assigned to your section.
• Empower the team to be more involved in the guest experience.
• Listen to the needs of guests and other team members and adapt to meet them.
• Have a courteous and professional attitude with guests and team members.
