Greene King is seeking a Team Leader to guide our pub teams, ensuring shifts run smoothly and customers remain happy. You’ll model high standards, resolve issues quickly and support the management team during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a team during busy shifts.
• Ensure safety, legality and cleanliness of the bar.
• Provide memorable customer experiences.
• Deputise for management when needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
