Marston’s is seeking a Supervisor to join our pub team in Corby. You’ll lead and motivate colleagues to deliver memorable guest experiences, especially during busy periods. You’ll be responsible for opening/closing, stock, and cashing up, and you’ll act as a role model for service excellence.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment with opportunities to progress through an internal pathway as you develop into roles like Assistant Manager and beyond.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver great guest experiences.
• Proactive, initiative-driven and able to manage busy shifts.

Responsabilités

• Lead and motivate the pub team to deliver moments of joy for guests.
• Open and close responsibilities, stock and cashing up.
