Marston’s is seeking a Supervisor to join our pub team in Newcastle upon Tyne. You’ll lead the team, drive great guest experiences, and help the business run smoothly across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Supervisory or Team Leader role.
• Ability to lead and motivate others and deliver great guest experiences.
• Experience with opening/closing, stocking, and cashing up.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the pub team to deliver consistent guest experiences.
• Ensure smooth running of shifts and operations in the absence of senior managers.
• Open and close the pub, manage stock, and cash handling.
• Be a role model for customer service and quick thinking on the shop floor.
