Job summary

Marston’s Plc in the United Kingdom is seeking a Supervisor to join our team at one of our pubs. You’ll support the team to deliver everyday moments and stand-out occasions, thriving in a busy, fast-paced but fun environment.

As Supervisor you’ll lead and motivate the team, ensuring the pub runs smoothly even when the wider management team is away. You’ll work with the pub management team to drive efficient operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Experience working with the pub management team to run the business efficiently.
• Opening and closing, stocking, and cashing up.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Ability to think on the spot and use initiative.
• Accountable for smooth shift running when the wider management team is away.

Responsibilities
