Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Supervisor or Team Leader role
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver great guest experiences
• Confident in opening/closing shifts and cash handling

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the pub team to deliver everyday moments and standout occasions
• Ensure the business runs efficiently and profitably with the management team
• Open and close shifts, manage stock and cashing up, model excellent customer service
• Act as a role model for guest experience and staff development
