Job summary

Greene King pubs are community hubs where you’ll lead a busy shift, ensuring the team delivers warm service, maintains high standards, and keeps customers happy. As Team Leader you’ll deputise for management, organise the team, and uphold safety and cleanliness throughout the venue.

You’ll foster an inclusive, welcoming environment, model excellent service, and support ongoing development within our team as you help drive great guest experiences across our pubs.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide memorable customer experiences.
• Ability to deputise for management and resolve issues.
• Ability to coordinate the team during busy shifts.
• Ensure the bar is safe, legal and clean, with quick issue resolution.
• Strong spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
