Job summary

• Sales and Marketing: support events, promotions, and revenue-driving activities.
• Financial Management: assist with budgeting, expenses, and vendor relations; report as needed.
• Teamwork and Communication: promote a positive work environment and cross-department collaboration.
• Compliance: ensure licensing, safety regulations, and legal requirements are followed.
• Problem Solving: address operational issues and escalate when needed.
• Pub Maintenance: coordinate repairs and maintenance; ensure equipment is in good condition.
• Training and Development: develop and deliver staff training aligned with industry trends.
