Responsibilities

• The Floor Leadership: Running the shift and delivering high-energy pre-shift briefings.
• The Commercial Drive: Managing stock to par levels, authorising voids safely, and controlling wage costs to protect EBITDA.
• The Local Buzz: Acting as our social media champion with local outreach and a calendar of online content.
• The People: Coaching the team on the floor, training new starters, and modelling great workplace behaviours.
