Village Hotels is seeking a Pub and Grill Team Member in Swansea to deliver a warm, home-from-home experience. You’ll be the energy on shift, fluidly supporting across Food & Beverage when needed and ensuring guests enjoy excellent service from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• The Flexible Service: Delivering a brilliant experience primarily in the Pub and Grill, but confidently floating across other Food & Beverage departments to support colleagues when the hotel gets busy.
• The Atmosphere & Standards: Taking huge pride in your bar; prepping your section, understanding the drinks and food menus inside out, and maintaining flawless hygiene standards.
• The Commercial Drive: Treating every interaction as a chance to add value; resolve issues on the spot and suggest extra sides or premium drinks to boost guest satisfaction and profitability.
