Village Hotels - Leeds South - Pub & Grill is seeking a Pub and Grill Team Leader to drive the shift and support the Manager across F&B. You will lead briefings, coach staff, and maintain service standards while contributing to commercial targets.

You will champion our social media presence, manage stock and wage costs, and mentor teams to deliver memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a hospitality team preferred.
• Willingness to work across F&B areas.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift, run high-energy pre-shift briefings, and support the Duty Management Team across F&B when needed.
• Drive commercial performance: monitor GP, stock to par, authorise voids safely, and help manage wage costs.
• Champion local online presence: manage social media and build content to boost Trip Advisor ranking.
• Coach and develop the team: train new starters and model positive service behaviours.
