Village Hotels Swansea is seeking a Pub & Grill Team Member to be the engine of the shift, delivering excellent guest experiences and supporting across F&B departments as needed. You’ll read customers well, keep the bar to a high standard, and contribute to a welcoming home-away-from-home atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Delivering a brilliant experience primarily in the Pub and Grill, while confidently floating across other F&B departments when needed.
• Maintaining pride in the bar, understanding menus, and upholding hygiene standards.
• Resolving issues on the spot and suggesting add-ons to boost guest satisfaction and profitability.
